In 1991, teachers were paid a fixed rate of slightly less than $3000 for
4.5 (?) weeks of work in the Halton Board of Ed. I have no idea how that
compares to other boards or how that amount has increased. I worked in
the summerschool office and I am certain of that info.

If you're certain, why the (?) on 4.5? Also, was this for ONE course, and if
so, how much actual classroom time did that involve? I can't believe it was
for a 7-7.5 hour day..

Sigh... maybe he's sure of the $3000, and not so sure of the hours.
It was, after all, a fixed rate.

FYI: When I took a summer school course once, it was four hours a day.
