Lab #3 Simulations

I would like to encourage everyone to not forget what was mentioned
in Lab #0.

When you do your simulations, use ViewWave.
The only way to see what happened in your simulation is to use ViewWave
to see your control signals and inputs/outputs versus time. If you are
trying to debug your design by staring at a schematic with simplistic
1's and 0's all over the nodes; you are wasting your time.

This is a state machine and you _need_ to see not only what the current
state is but how it got there.
