Train 58 Seems to be Unstable

Train 58 seems to take a long time to respond to commands at high speeds. If
you run it at speed 14 with the headlights on, the headlights blink every time
it goes over a sensor. It is probably losing connection more often than that,
but it is especially obvious in this situation. I think the train controller
takes a long time to get the data to it because it drops so many packets
halfway through transmission when it disconnects.
This problem does not seem to manifest when using other trains, and a second
group has also had this problem.
Essentially, use train 58 at your own risk.
