Train 63 and 71 needs tuning

Hi,
We believe that train 63 and 71 needs oiling, as they often get stuck
when speed are around 10 and produces squeaking sounds during our demo.
The prof has suggested that we may want to have these trains tuned as
soon as possible. Also br155 on track B is broken, since it occupies
the critical path, it is desirable to have it fixed.
