Which submission is going to be used for hidden tests, the latest one or the ones with the highest mark?

So from the assignment webpage, it says "more submissions cannot reduce your mark", so does that mean all of our submissions will be used to run the hidden tests?

By default, I will run the secret tests on your last on-time submission
