JLS 2ED Inaccessible

I haven't been able to access the Java Language Specification, Second
Edition this evening.

I've been accessing it via proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca, but today that is
simply giving me "404 Not found", and accessing it from a campus computer
(a csclub machine and a linux.student.cs machine, both in the
129.97.0.0/16 range) via ssh SOCKS forwarding also did not satisfy it; it
is asking me to purchase it or sign in.

Are others able to access the JLS right now?

I was able to access the JLS using w3m; not sure why this works for me
when neither proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca nor ssh -D does. Hmm.

Access using the library proxy is also down for me.

However, accessing through linux.student.cs does work for me.

Actually, the library proxy does work for me now. Somehow, the link in
my broswer was getting messed up. Specifically, after logging into the
proxy, the following address works for me:
http://proquestcombo.safaribooksonline.com.proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca/book/programming/java/0201310082
For some reason, my URL was being messed up to just:
http://proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca/book/programming/java/0201310082
which does not work.
