a4q1b Course List Clarification

When asked to list the courses taken by a particular student,
are we only interested in distinct course numbers, or do we
want *all* courses taken (e.g. fred who took cs241 twice)?
In which case, do we need both the course number and the term to
distinguish possible repeats?

If a student has taken a course more than once, you may repeat the
course number in your answer. Similarly, in counting the number of
course, you may count a repeated course twice.

As alway, you should document carefully what your program does and
illustrate it by appropriate testing.
