Next dispersion seminar

I need to suggest a date and time (about 2 hours long) to Dr. The for
the next dispersion seminar that he has volunteered to give.

Based on the 4B schedule, some initial suggestions are: Friday morning,
Friday afternoon (after ChE 572), Thursday at 3:30. I suspect that
afternoons are more open for the 3B EnvE students (?).

Please comment on these suggestions, or propose alternates if they are
much better than mine. The seminar won't be scheduled for Feb. 13, 16
or 17 (study break), but I'll have to check with Dr. The about his
availability.

A Thursday afternoon seminar would not be problem whereas Friday
mornings and afternoon would for 3B Env E students.
