Update on 8:30 class

Permission to move the 8:30 Wed class to 11:30 Tues requires the approval of
the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the Faculty of Engineering.
This may not happen in time for this weeks class (week of January 13), so we
should assume that classes will proceed as originally scheduled for this week.

If there are any concerns about moving the class, I should be informed as
soon as possible.
