We are in need of the following information (Mammalian)

1) Empirical Chemical Formula for mammalian cells (C, O, H, N, Ash,
Moisture)
2) Aspen does not recognize glucose or pyranose or D-glucose. What
should the substrate be instead? The aspen example shows glucose as the
substrate for the bfrem specification.
3) Do we need to worry about the media composition? Since Aspen asks for
the composition of the media stream. How would you specify a complex
media stream, or can you?
4) We are having difficulties finding Monod kinetic constants (Umax, Ks)
for mammalian cells
5) Centrifuge settings: What two coefficients should we use (or does it
matter)?
6) We cannot find the parameters for the leudeking-piret model ie alpha
and beta (for the protein formation)
7) yields for CO2, Water, Nitrogen substrate consumption
8) Typical Heat Transfer Coefficients and heat transfer area and cooling
stream (is water @25°C good enough?)
9) What is the meaning of the flowrate value in input stream
specification for the Bferm unit?
10) Meaning of Chromatography specifications.
11) Difference between Centri and Cfuge unit operations?
