SCRMC GSA Announcements! (2025 Presentations, SURF Program, and more!)

Hi everyone,

Hope your 2025 is off to a great start!  As we look forward to this semester, we will have four meetings (2/20, 3/20, 4/17, and 5/15).  To present your work at one of these meetings, please reply to this email with which meeting(s) you'd be available to present at.

Our Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Program will be happening again this coming summer!  This is a great opportunity to get matched with an undergraduate student, and the program provides a salary stipend for them for the summer.  Applications will open in the coming weeks; more information to follow.  Make sure you're subscribed to our email list to make sure you know when to apply!

Lastly, please save the date for our spring Semester Kickoff Event, which will be February 6th from 7-9pm!  More information on this to come in the next week or two.  All of our events can be found on our calendar here.  Hope you can join us on 2/6 from 7-9pm for an evening of fun and great conversation!
