Hey everyone,

Below is the information for the EWB banquet planning meeting (tonight
at 7pm, 1066 ECB). This is one of our student org's biggest
fundraising events of the year, so please try to attend if you're
free! (you won't have to do any hard work, and it's a good way to get
involved and meet some people from the other projects!)

There is a EWB banquet meeting tonight at 7pm. It will be in 1066
ECB. At this meeting, we need at least two members of each Project
who would like to help in banquet planning. Preferably, at least one
of the people present from each group is traveling this winter break.
The main topics that need to be discussed at this meeting are below:

-money given to each project to purchase items for banquet silent
auction when traveling over winter break
-final decision on banquet site (current site is Tripp Commons at the
Memorial Union, but there is some concern that this will not be large
enough of an area)
-compilation of businesses to contact to attend
