Hi James
I hope things are well with you in Korea. I’m emailing to let you know that we’ve hired a new Alumni Officer, International and her name is Davene Palvetzian.
Davene has worked in advancement at UWaterloo for the past 1.5 years and therefore brings with her some very valuable knowledge. She officially started on December 17th. We are going to do something a little unique with Davene’s position this year in the sense that she will work out of Hong Kong for the first four months. She will be housed in the Hong Kong Foundation Office which will provide her an opportunity to really get to know our alumni in Asia. We’re not entirely sure when she’ll start in Hong Kong as we have to wait for a work Visa, but we are trying to get her there as soon as possible.
Could I ask that you let the rest of your executive team for the chapter know about Davene.
