Posting for a friend, sadly moving away from rowing:
A beautiful and well-maintained single is available for sale in Norwich. Present owners had it the last 30 years. The shell of this 1987 Peinert is made of a composite blend of Kevlar and carbon fiber bound together with high-performance vinyl-ester resin, with wood trim, as shown. Pictures found here!
