Hi Everyone,

Here are the proposed workouts for the week:

Whiner Wednesday (July 3)

Location:  1000M north of Kendal

Time:  6:10am

proposed workout:   4x8', 2' 22/24/26/28 go up 2 beats for 3rd and 4th piece, 5' rest

Smack Down (July 6)

location:  bottom of race course (slightly downstream of Kendal)

proposed workout:   6x5' 2'/2'/1'  4' rest

Time:  7:30am
