The weather forecast looks like it will be beautifully cool for Saturday’s Smackdown. We’l be doing the usual: meet just below Kendal warmed up and ready to go at 7:30. We’ll probably do 4x 1000m with 4 or 5 minutes rest between. I hope to see you there.
