Here are the proposed sculling workouts for this week- same as last week.
What: SmackDown
When: 7:30am, Saturday, June 29
Where: Meet warmed up at the BOTTOM of the race course (which is slightly downstream of the Kendal dock).
Workout Proposal: 6x5’ /4’ rest, 2/2/1 1/2 24/26/28, 3/4 26/28/30, 5 28/30/32
Whiner Wednesday - Meet warmed up 1000M north of Kendal at 6:10am (if you’re launching from Kendal this means rowing upstream for approximately 1000M)
What: Whiner Wednesday Workout
When: 6:10 am Wednesday, June 26
Where: 1000M north of Kendal dock
Workout Proposal: 4x10’/ 5' rest: 4’/3’/2/1’ 1/2@22/24/26/28, 3/4@24/26/28/30 (4th interval is optional but recommended)
