Virtual Erg Workouts Session 2 signup

 We have 7 folks signed up for the VEW session for March/April.

We need at least 12 to have the full session run (or we cut back on the number of sessions).

You do not need to be a member of UVRF to sign up, though Annual Adult Membership sign up for 2026 is available.

First session is this Monday, 3/2, and meets 6-7am M,W,F for 8 weeks

Links to all session recordings are sent out to participants if you cannot make the session for a given day.

Ala Crockett is the main coach with Tyler Bergmeier filling in on some sessions.

Session fee is $160 or under $7 per session.
