I just have few reminders on what we have discussed in our meeting.
I need your help on this.
For site directors and curriculum coordinators (Ayman/ Sofia and Rafay/
Zainab): Please design surveys for your
sites through which service recipients will assess the helpfulness and
value of the UVP and the work it does as well as volunteers and whether or not
they fulfill what is expected from them. These evaluations can
also suggest potential improvements to what UVP does.
Also for the volunteers' coordinator (Azar): If you can please design an evaluation form for the volunteers. According to our proposal "volunteers will complete an evaluation survey. Upon completion of each shift at the clinic, volunteers will fill out questionnaires that prompt them to assess the extent to which they feel the work they have done is indeed beneficial to the project as a whole. The surveys will also be implemented after each community event (tax day, health fair etc.). Volunteers will be asked to submit suggestions on potential improvements to help increase the effectiveness of their work on each of their questionnaires." This can be too much but if we ask volunteers (those who volunteer a lot in particular) to fill evals once a quarter, this should suffice.
We can discuss these evaluations at our meeting. We will also file them for future references as documentation of these evaluations is very important and gives value to what we do.
