Updates needed ASAP

Salam everyone,

 

I hope you are all well.

 

This is a reminder of our Gala Volunteer Appreciation dinner this WEDNESDAY night at 7 pm. All directors are required to be present.

 

I need some updates from everyone:

 

Rafay: What events/programs have you had this quarter, starting from January 2014? What is the progress being made?

 

Ayman: What events/programs have you had at 68^th? How many volunteers on average participate every week?

 

Mohammed: How is CPO, what events/projects, etc. are coming up?

 

Azar/Hamzah: How is the volunteer system going? Is Facebook being updated? How many likes/followers are there? Are you having any recruitment, volunteer orientations, etc.?

 

Ahsan: any updates?

 

Also, are the 68^th/Fremont curriculum coordinators being engaged? What work are they doing?

 

I cannot vouch for letters of recommendation for everyone if not everyone is doing work. It is essential that people are putting in the necessary hours as UVP directors. Our volunteers work very hard and come to many shifts so that they can achieve a Letter of Rec. it would be unfair to give them to directors not putting in the due time.
