From Aida Refugee Camp, in Bethlehem, West Bank, Palestine:
Al Rowwad is a place for the children of Aida Refugee Camp to express
themselves creatively away from the militarized streets of the camp.
Youth from Aida Refugee Camp will do Palestinian dances, a puppet show,
and a play written by Al Rowwad Director Dr. Abdul Abu Srour. Abu Srour
teaches that nonviolent creativity can counteract living in violent
conditions.
Join us for an evening of children’s theater and dance, and help support
this extraordinary example of working for peace.
