ROOMATES OR HOUSEMATES WANTED to occupy 3 rooms:

$350 average per room, but one is $375 and another one $350 and the
last one $325 per month, plus same as a one time deposit and monthly
divided utilities (regardless of cell phone, but all utilities are very
very
low). You could even have two rooms for yourself in the top floor which
has its own entry and exit door towards the street through the back of
the house if you pay for them ($675 but negotiable).

We are looking for secure students or financially stable people! to
share
elegant, home with other young people. The place has off street
parking, yard
for
barbecues, washer and dryer and a big kitchen and huge basement. The
apartment is located in downtown and near UVM. We want 3 people who
could
stay at least one year
