is looking pretty good. I check the boards from time to time to make sure
there are no abuses. (All boards are moderated for abuses, not personal
oppinion.) Then I post onto the newsgroups to let everyone know they are
there.

dresses, coats, snowmobiles, Aquariums, houses, dryers, Hummel plates, and
a freezer. Postings expire after 45 days. If you are still trying to sell
it after 45 days, you will need to repost it. And of course, it will be
free. This is for personal use only, not money make vendures or commercial
use. So don't post messages telling people how to become millionaires by
sending you money.
Would you like to advertise your event on the web for free?? "Burlington's
Coming Events Calendar" is a free service from
http://server.com/WebApps/calendar-add.cgi?unique=1679534 !! It allows you
to enter in and view events yourself. It is a little strange though,
because you have to go to the bottom of the list and click on the[NEW_ENTRY]
button to bring of the entry blank. I'm looking for something better, but
we'll use this until I find something that is free for public use. This
board is for coming events only. Commericial ads are permitted ONLY if they
are about a coming commercial event. Any inappropriate material will be
dumped without notice. So don't post messages telling people how to become
millionaires by sending you money. Posts do not expire. They have to be
removed by the moderator AFTER the event is over. This service is FREE.
For public opinion and debate on the web, there is the "Greater Burlington
moderated Discussion Group". This discussion board is lightly used. Right
now the only two topics are street news, opinions abort the war in
Yugoslavia. You postings will show up on the board immediately, like every
other board. The only reason I chose to call it a "Moderated" board is to
remind people that there is a moderator who does check on it a couple times
a month to make sure there is no abuse. Please do not be abusive to each
other. Also, please reframe from pornography and from telling people how to
get rick by send you their money. Such items are dumped.
For those that are into humour, there is the "Humour and Jokes" Board.
Please feel free to post humourous jokes. Let's be sensitive to others and
keep the dirty jokes down.
