Paying vendors at UVM can be trouble-free when you know the polices and
procedures associated with the following issues:

• How to get an invoice paid
• Tax issues such as independent contracts versus employees
• Depositing cash
• Creating journal entries
• Using the correct subcodes
• And so much more.

This session will help make sense of the UVM paying paper chase, and shed
light on why those obsessive/compulsive accountants do what they do. Learn
all the right things to do to make sure your payment is made correctly and
on time.

Accounts Payable Basics will be useful for those who are new to the
purchasing/paying processes.
