Banner SIS unavail Tuesday 02/03/2004 5 P.M. -11 P.M.

Hello all--

As arranged previously with the primary affected departments, UVM's Banner Student Information System (SIS) will be unavailable on:

Tuesday evening, February 3, 2004, from 5pm to 11pm

while some database maintenance is applied. This will affect all forms of access to the Student Information System:

[] Web registration if during a registration period.

[] Web access for the UVM Course Catalog.

[] Web access for course info, class lists, schedules,
policies. This includes many items on the Registrar's web pages.

[] Web access to the FRS Query, Bullseye and Line Management
System applications.

[] Access to the Banner SIS production database (PROD) via Ssh, telnet, or dial-in to the giraffe.uvm.edu server.

Please direct questions to the CIT Help Line, help...@uvm.edu or 656-2604. As usual, once Banner SIS is again available, usage and PIN questions should be directed to the Registrar's Office, Regi...@uvm.edu or 656-2045.
