Assume there is a user, bill, in group, workers...
and there are files like this:
-rwx------ 1 bob workers 1240 Feb 11 15:41 addftp.ksh
-rwx------ 1 bill workers 8354 Jun 6 07:26 count_images.ksh
-rwx------ 1 bubba workers 970 Mar 28 13:56 killoldmcf.ksh
-rwx------ 1 betty workers 1769 Jun 29 13:50 killservers.ksh
-rwx------ 1 barney workers 681 May 16 17:32 pad_file.ksh
-rwx------ 1 butros workers 89 May 12 08:01 show_files.ksh
-rwx------ 1 belinda workers 1104 May 12 11:54 showzpass.ksh
-rwx------ 1 bernie workers 1277 Mar 28 15:14 tstftp.ksh
I (with root access) want for bill to be the king of the workers group.
bill will need rwx access to all files owned by group, workers. I do not
want to give bill root access to any other groups.
Questions:
Will JFS acl provide this functionality?
If so, can someone help me with the syntax to make bill the worker king?
Regards,
Todd
