AWS Simple Email Service (SES) freelancer sought

I am in need of a freelancer who can construct an HTML email(s) for me
to send through AWS Simple Email Service. I have the AWS account and
have been granted a send quota of 10,000 emails per 24-hour period. I
need someone to build one or two emails for my use with my lists.

Are you just looking for someone to create the html markup for the emails, or do you need integration with SES as well?  Also, what backend system or scripting language does your system use?  This information would be helpful for anyone that might be interested.

Yes, I need integration with SES as well. I am a one-man sole
proprietorship and don't have my own servers or sophisticated system.
I came upon AWS's SES while searching for a more affordable way to
market my consulting services through email. So, regarding the
"backend system or scripting system [my] system uses," I really don't
have a backend system or scripting language--I just use online
services and need to promote my business through opt-in email address
lists.
