Peephs,

Important message about the pictures on Bid Day this year that I was asked to send along to the chapter. I would really love for everyone in the chapter to be there for pictures-- so please plan to be at the house until at least 8:15-- and then you'll be rewarded with some beautiful (acapella) music and beautiful (acapella) boys immediately after pictures end.

Also, check out this google doc about the options for ordering pictures! You'll be asked to sign up electronically so we can bill you individually on GreekBill for what you order.

Hello!

 

I hope recruitment is going well! GreekYearbook will be coming to your school to photograph your chapter’s Spring 2014 bid day. We are looking forward to working with you! In order to avoid any confusion on bid day I have included some basic information regarding our bid day ordering process.  If you have any questions after reading it, please let me know!

 

As a special thank you for having us out we are offering you special deal. If you order a package on bid day you will receive our newest product, the Full House, for free!

 

THE BID DAY PROCESS

 

The Photography
We start off with a group photo of the entire chapter. After shooting the entire chapter we will photograph each pledge class. For each photo we take we do a serious pose and then a fun pose.

 

How Do I Order?

• Order forms will be distributed during the bid day shoot. (Please see attachment to check out our packages and products)
• If you would like to place an order, you must do so during the bid day shoot. (There will be no other opportunities to order photos)
• No money will be collected on bid day (your chapter will collect the money from you at a later date)
• ALL ORDERS PLACED ON BID DAY ARE FINAL
• Proofs are not posted online.
• Please note: The pledge class you list on your order form needs to be the same as the pledge class photo you wish to order.

 

When Do I Pay?

We will send your chapter contact an invoice which include what you ordered and how much you owe. The contact will then collect this money from you.

 

How Do I Get My Photos?

Once the chapter contact has completed all the necessary steps we will ship the photos out to them. They will be in charge of distributing the photos to the members who ordered.
