I have been dealing with the Error 0110 error for about 4 days. I was told to change out the EAXA board. Did that yesterday and the error is back. It only does this when the turn tabel is rotating. I slowed the speed to 80% and still doesnt help. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Is the turn table an external axis controlled by the servo system or is it a separate drive? If it is an external axis it could be the EAXB card. This is the external axis control board that plugs into the EAXA.
Thanks, It is the Error 0110 turn on servo power. The turn table is an external servo that is controlled by the servo pack. Yaskawa suggest replacing the entire servo pack and I am trying to avoid that due to the cost and not having a spare one in house. I will look at the EAXB board. I think I have a spare one of those. Thank you so much!!!
If you are getting Error 0110 your servo power is not on when yoou are trying to move something. Servo power must be on (the green light must be solid, not flashing). Something is turning the servo power off or you have not turned the servo power on before you are telling the table to turn.
The machine is in mid spin when the fault occurs so the servo is on. I changed out the EAXB board and I am still having issues. Guess I will change out the entire servo pack. Thanks for all your help! I REALLY appreciate it!!
If this is an Error 0110 turn on servo power (shows up at bottom of screen and can be cleared by the CANCEL key) then something is killing servo power such as a light curtain, shock sensor, safeties, etc.. Something else such as an operator, plc, ladder, hmi, etc. is then giving the controller a START signal before the logic has turned on servo power or confirmed servo power is on.
While trouble shooting more. I found that the error on the teach pendant in the alarm section is much different. It says "Voltage Drop(Converter) Station 3. I checked all the light curtains and safety PLS and found no issues. My guess is I will have to change out the servo pack. I still dont think that is the problem yet because our night shift isnt having any issues. Only on days.

The 0110 concerts, held on October 1, 2006 in Antwerp, Brussels, Charleroi and Ghent, were organised by dEUS frontman Tom Barman, Arno Hintjens and Frederik Sioen to promote tolerance in Belgian society, and "against Vlaams Belang, extremism and gratuitous violence".[1]
According to the organisation, more than 100,000 people attended the concerts[2] (around 50,000 in Antwerp, 25,000 in Ghent and Brussels, and 5,000 in Charleroi).[3] Over 140 Belgian artists and groups, often in unprecedented combinations (like Daan and Plastic Bertrand, Gorki and Isabelle A, and so on),[2] volunteered for the event. Tom Barman stated that this would not be a one-time initiative.[3]
The concerts were sponsored by the Belgian National Lottery.[4] Summer rock festivals like Sfinks, Pukkelpop, Folk Dranouter, Lokerse Feesten, Gentse Feesten and Suikerrock urged their public to support the event.[5]
The right wing opposition party Vlaams Belang wrote an open letter to famous Flemish artists, such as Clouseau, Helmut Lotti, Will Tura, Johan Verminnen and Laura Lynn, who were announced to participate, asking not to do so.[6] The party requested the boycott because the event "only targets Vlaams Belang".[7] One Vlaams Belang council member has called upon the readers of his web log to start a "mail bombardment" to the concerned artists.[8] Critics speak of an intimidation campaign by the party.[9]According to the Vlaams Belang however, the intimidation came from the organizers of the 0110 concerts and the complete Flemish media against Vlaams Belang, because the Flemish media were partizan of the concerts. According to the party, the media in Flanders is completely in the hands of the left-wing establishment. On the contrary, no Flemish artist would ever even think to participate in a festival organised by the Vlaams Belang, because this would be responded by the establishment by an ever-lasting boycott against the artist. On a party congress on 1 October, Filip Dewinter was quoted saying that "if it really were concerts against intolerance, the Vlaams Belang would have to be guest of honour", referring to the cordon sanitaire against the party.[10]
Vlaams Belang sees this as a direct attack by the establishment,[11] because the event is sponsored by the Belgian National Lottery. The National Lottery however decided upon the sponsoring contract before the political content was clear.[12]
The Antwerp mayor Patrick Janssens (Different Socialist Party) disapproved of the concerts.[13] The Vlaams Belang party also refers[14] to the fact that the official website of the event specifically states that "Flanders deserves better than extreme right"[15] and that Tom Barman, the main organizer, had already announced in 2005 that he was planning a concert "against Vlaams Belang" in October 2006.[16]
In 2008 Belgian author Bart Van Lierde wrote the crime novel 0110: the premiss is a terrorist act during the 0110 concerts in Antwerp. The main question is which political party ordered the attack: Vlaams Belang, as this party is convinced that the concerts are held to influence the outcome of the municipal elections; or the other parties, as the outcome indeed may be influenced if Vlaams Belang will be found guilty.
I am doing 'SQL for data science' course on Coursera, and I came across a question in solving the practice quiz.It has a tabled shown in the picture.
ss1158660 249 KB
The question is "Write and run a sql query, with no starter code to answer this question: What Step are Job Codes 0110-0400?"
For the earlier questions, I had to convert the string data into numerical to satisfy the given conditions. But it is not working in this situation.
First, look at the casing of the column names (you don't show the actual table name but you need to look at that, as well). If the server is setup with a case sensitive collation, the code won't work because all lower case was used in the code.
This ISa data science course and the question asked was "What Step are Job Codes 0110-0400?". So far, no one has answered that question, IMHO. All they've done is list ALL the rows with 1 or more columns and no actual code to actually identify the "Step". What if there were a million rows? Are you going to print them on the screen and look to be sure that they're all 1?
IMHO opinion, a "data scientist" is really a Forensic Scientist that is trying to determine the actual condition of the data and to extract as many facts as possible because people are going to look to you not only for questions that they have, but also for questions they don't know they have. If you can provide answers to questions that they should have asked, you will be hailed as a "Data Scientist".
I know this is an old post, but I'm taking the same course as you -- I was having issues, but I think I simply left the apostrophes out when querying between the 0110 and 0400 values. I used this below and it seems to have gotten me the right values:

The Static H-0110 Honestmeter is an instrument designed to measure the attenuation of static electricity, and is an ideal device for measuring the diffusibility of static in materials. This unit is used to charge the sample by irritating it with air ions generated by corona discharge, and after charge deposition, it can measure the static decay curve. Since air ions are generated by the corona discharge method with AC, the sample under test can be charged with either positive or negative ions.
Since air ions are generated by the corona discharge method are used to irritate the sample to charge it, selecting the polarity and the applied voltage for the corona discharge enables the sample to be charged with both negative and positive ions.
