When I clicked the link, it said something like "Waiting for host".  It seemed to offer me the option of logging in as host, but I had the impression it would require a password.

Also, I just got this message a few minutes ago even though it looks like you sent it about 12 hours ago.  Any idea why?

Not a big deal.  Maybe see you in March.

I’m sorry, I don’t know why my email arrived so late. I used to be able to investigate email delays but it’s been a while!

I think I figured it out.  I don't use Google groups much.  I was subscribed to get a daily digest, which apparently comes around mid-day.  I just switched to "each email".  We'll see if that fixes it.  This might be a test.
