Sex & Relationship Weekend

Spend a weekend discussing and learning about sex & relationships!
The S & R Weekend is based on the young adult curriculum of Our Whole
Lives, the Unitarian Sex Education program that you may already be
familiar with.
The facilitators of S&R have gone through Our Whole Lives facilitator
training and may or may not be affiliated with the Unitarian church.
However, the S&R program itself is secular – our aim is to bring this
wonderful education program to young adults both in and outside of
the
UU community.
Our goal is for every participant to leave with the tools to better
understand their own values, to communicate their values and needs to
a partner, to navigate their personal identities and to have a
healthy
relationship with their partner(s) and their selves.
The weekend will involve meeting new people, interactive activities,
discussion and hopefully learning more about ourselves and
relationships in the process.
The upcoming workshop is Friday, November 12th and Saturday, November
13th and will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of
Arlington, 4444 Arlington Blvd Arlington, VA. There will be a metro
shuttle from Ballston (Orange Line).
Times:
Friday: 6:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 6:00pm
Cost: $40 is the suggested fee to cover the cost of food &
registration
