Dear Members:

A quick reminder that this Sunday is our Annual Meeting (May 22, 2011 @ 12:30pm). In preparation for the meeting attached are the following items for your review.

Cover Letter from LRP Committee Chair, the 3 draft Plans and a summary outline of all 3 plans.
Cover Letter from Finance Committee Chair and Draft 2011/12 Budget approved by Board

To help save paper the Board will not be providing copies of these items at the Annual Meeting so please bring your copy to the meeting.

For those of you that are new to our Society the Annual Meeting is where the Board of Trustees presents the Board, staff and committee activities for the past year, approve the budget for the next fiscal year and vote on congregation items such as updates to the Society's By-Laws, or the Long-Range Plan. The Annual Meeting Agenda has also been attached/enclosed for your review.
