Folks:

According to a recent post included below Samaria Rice has left the shelter and continues to pursue a civil lawsuit against Cleveland for loss of her son.  Cleveland has asked the court to delay consideration of the civil lawsuit brought by Samaria Rice until completion of the criminal investigation.  Given the swift indictment of police officers in Baltimore, why has Ohio not yet completed investigations into the shootings of  Tanisha Anderson, John Crawford III, and Tamir Rice?

CLEVELAND - The mother of a 12-year-old boy shot and killed by Cleveland Police in November of 2014 lived in a homeless shelter because she could "no longer live next door to the killing field of her son,” according to a motion filed in court on Monday .

The document reads that Rice "has been forced to live in a homeless shelter," but her attorney Walter Madison told newsnet5.com Monday that she moved into a Cleveland home about three weeks ago thanks to "support" from her family.

Samaria Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice, moved into a homeless shelter, according to a document filed to deny a motion to hold off a civil suit against the City of Cleveland while the criminal investigation continues.
