To: tsm...@ohcouncilchs.orgAdvocates: SB 310 puts a 2 year Freeze on Subsidies for renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power to help reduce the cost of electricity for homes and businesses. This is done despite the new federal law reducing heat-trapping carbon emissions of up to 30% by 2030 requiring a reduction of coal use and a switch to renewable energy sources.
The Legislature will not be meeting until September and this is your chance to contact them back in the district and invite them to talk to your groups about any topic that you are concerned about.
