We offer to sell
season-live trading MTNs (also Bonds/Notes/SBLC/BG) directly from the stock
markets at lower prices than market prices.
The bank instruments
belong to the issuing banks, and the sale is managed through a settlement
institution (clearing house/CCP) under the directives of Euroclear Bank, the
custodian agent.
The purchase is made
under OTC protocol and requires a payment of a legal and regulated margin
deposit (check the definition with your banker).
The margin deposit
enables the reservation of the MTN/Bond/Note in the name of the buyer as the
beneficial owner on the Bloomberg Network and on Euroclear.
This is not a sale of
securities from private sellers (companies or individuals).
The list of securities,
including their ISINs and the OTC procedures, is available upon request.
