It is funny when you start telling about the refinery what to do and what not to do. The refinery reserves the right to utilize the services of any company with presence or affiliation with terminals at Singapore as it sees fit.
I think if you and your buyer are ready and willing to purchase and have a successful transaction, then you must be ready and willing to proceed according to the terms of the seller.

The Sales Department responded regarding the inquiry of payment in USD. They agreed to this process, and should any buyer wishes to make payment in USD, it must be well stated in the purchase order and agreed by both parties.
The refinery will provide a wallet address for acceptance of payment in USD.
According to the Sales Department, this makes the transaction swift copy without delay or banking protocols and so on.
