Thank you! Do we know why the system hasn't reported data since 12/16, or how to fix that?

Some weeks look great, with 12/8 - 12/14, an average sun/cloud week, being 3% of the total for the 26 weeks since July 2 when Aaron turned them on, or 3/4 of the average weekly for that 26 weeks, instead of 40% of the average (1/5 of the July 2 - July 8 max) that I would expect in a December week ... but that would be for horizontal panels and these are angled....  If the next 6 months are similar, we can expect to generate 17 MWh for the year, similar to what we use in a year. Do they or National Grid send us other kinds of reports, such as for our usage, which has been 1.5 MWh/mo over the years?

In case anyone else also can't open an msg (Outlook) attachment on their home computer, in wordpad it looks like the same text as the inline message. I'm saving it to our google folder
