MIPL with this report should be a big help for our sanctuary lighting project and possibly others. John provided the questionnaire answers. Comments: I might have given more yeses. We have 3 heating zones, not 2. I think we already avoid using lights in sunny rooms. I want to rework Tom's electricity usage calcs. I have not seen water bills including UUCW water usage or Worcester's sewer rates. Check out this report.

Subject: ESA for UU Worcester

Kim and John
Attached is the ESA. I'll send the referenced EES briefs/etc separately.
The key actions are summarized in the Efficiency Budget
LED lighting, Heat Pumps (eliminate furnaces), On-Demand DHW, low-flow toilets and faucet aerators.
That you already have the solar panels is a HUGE PLUS.  Bravo.Raised hands

I will also do an email serving as a Mutual Introduction with the Audit firm for Worcester
RISE Engineering, A Division of Thielsch Engineering
I will send them the ESA also, so they know what to expect.
As I mentioned when doing the field work, the audit firm will prepare a range of actions, and provide the costs, including the rebates. The firm can then do in installation. This a real benefit for the LEDs for the sanctuary and other hard-to-reach locations.
