Harvard doctor brings attention to patient safety issues

This is a nice piece by a Harvard Medical School graduate whose focus on bringing attention to patient safety issues arose as a result of her own mother's experience and death from cancer.  This recent article was born out of an earlier piece Elaine Goodman MD wrote for the AMA Journal of Ethics in 2011.
