Here's a way to help all Oregon, especially rural Oregon: allow Broadband PUDs -- any county or municipality in Oregon should be allowed to form a PUD or municipal utility to operate a high speed internet provider to offer Korean level broadband at cost.

As with health care, people in the US pay the most and have the worst service levels of any advanced country.
