I went to the link and, even though I already registered with Sign Up Genius for the Board building closer calendar, the program wants me to download an application. I'm not completely averse to using new systems, but I want to see why they're better than simpler ones.  I'll go along with the group consensus, but am also perfectly willing to keep a running list of whoever can help each month. I'm already tracking (in a spreadsheet) those who actually help, so it wouldn't be that complicated to add another column. It would require that people RSVP to the emails.
 
Plus, if another goal is recruitment of newer, possibly younger Weaver House volunteers, why don't we each plan to invite one person to help in January or February?Maybe the person who brings in the most new folks could be rewarded with extra cookies.  Ken has done a great job of getting members of the Pampo family over there to help. So far, he's the winner on that count and, fortunately, he has been richly rewarded in that respect.

I just now worked out my password issues and used Sign Up Genius. So far, only I, Ken and Carol have indicated we'll be at Urban Ministry this Monday night. 
 
It would be great if others would let us know whether they can help out , ideally via sign up genius so we can see if it's useful. But you can also reply to this email, including the name of anyone else who might attend. I've invited someone but am not sure whether she can be there.

I am purely miffed with Genius!  Yes, will be there at 5;15 AND SET up salad, fruit stations then start on bread will bring.  Will go over to start fruit when it comes, but may leave before 7:00 for another meeting.

I do give great regards to Carol, who comes early with ingredients, expertise in preparing chilli and good will all around when she serves, cleans up, etc.

And to the others, Sharin, Ken,Dottie always cheerful with Hands on and Bill the dishwasher plus. Other Faithfuls for years! are amazing.
