Hi Folks --
Due to lack of participation -- and way too many evening meetings for me -- I have decided that it is time to quietly put an end to Meditation for the Heart.
So, no meditation on Tuesday March 18th, or thereafter.
Thanks to those of you who have come when you have had the time. I have enjoyed the gatherings when we have had a chance to talk.

Perhaps one of us will feel like starting up a meditation group again when conditions seem more favorable. Meanwhile, we are reminded that, as Buddhism teaches, everything is impermanent.

Namaste,
Craig

A lotus for you, Craig, for your dedicated leadership, and your wise acknowledgement of all that is change ...

I'm wondering if people might be interested in a 20 minute or so sit on Sunday mornings at 10am.  The challenge will most likely be to find a space.   We could join together outside when the weather cooperates.  I could look into this if anyone would like.

Namaste,
Paul

Here's one idea - we could set up a circle of chairs in the atrium, social hall, or outside, with a little sign that said "Join us in a Meditation for the Heart.   Please invite our bell as you join and leave our circle to recall us into mindfulness."

People would be invited to join the circle as they arrive, and leave as they need.  The circle could be open from 10-10:30 each Sunday.  Whoever arrives first could put out few chairs, a bell, and our sign.

Dear Craig,

I just checked my messages for meditation tonight and found your message.

Thank you so much for providing the Tuesday meeting. I got a great deal from it and enjoyed the people I met there.

I have been missing because I've been out of town and had another surprise conflict. Please do let me know if there is any chance you will do another. I also understand how incredibly busy you are, and others are as well.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all the sessions we had.

Be well,

Lynne
