UUC Wednesday Meditation Group: Meditation for Jan 6th

Hello Everyone,
This week we will conduct an extended Loving Kindness meditation. In the first half we will center and then sit silently. During the second we will focus on sending thoughts and feelings of love and kindness to ourselves, others and the world at-large.
