Hello Everyone,

I will be unable to conduct the meditation this coming Wednesday Dec 10th.

In the past, I have solicited volunteers to lead a meditation in my absence. So far we have not had any takers. So we have defaulted to keeping the time slot reserved for those of you would like to get together for a silent, leaderless meditation. Assuming that no one is interested in leading the session the default will be this leaderless form.

Please let me know if you would like to lead.
