MESSAGE OF THE HOLY MOTHER AND ITS RELEVANCE TO MORDERN SOCIETY-SWAMI JITATMANANDAJI MAHARAJ

Most Respected Vice President Maharajs, Brother Monks, Sister Monks and devotees.

We have assembled today in this mass congregation. The unique relation between Ma and Thakur is spiritual. The relation between Mother and Her children is most prominently seen. The woman who is spiritually advanced and has transcended the womb relationship has all the history and knowledge of the world bowing at her feet. In the case of Sri Sri Ma, Swamiji and Sister Nivedita bowed at her feet. Ma was a simple woman who had no knowledge of textual Vedanta but she was mother Saraswati herself. It is said, "Brahma Vidya is Sarva Vidya". Mother often used to say "Be pure, be enlightened." Ma unveiled herself as the ocean of light to some of her devotees. To her more characterless and shameless woman devotees she used to say, " The more you are hidden the more strong you become". Sri Sri Ma gave birth to hundreds of Ramas and Krishnas and sustained Ramakrishna. After the death of Thakur and Swamiji, Ma led the Ramakrishna Order for 34 and 18 years respectively. Marriages were, are, will be. But only those, which are made of spiritual relations, will survive from year to year. After Samadhi Thakur used to sing and dance where as Ma used to roll Roties. She used to live with one mad person, one half mad person and quarter mad person. She used to say, "If you want to find peace then do not find fault with others". If religious and cultural organizations are to survive then they must come to Ma one day or the other. The women liberations league leaders told in their first speech that women should come out of their homes to get self respect, after a week they told in their second speech that women should be mothers to good children and wives to honorable husbands. They should do this to get happiness and fulfillment, which is greater than self-respect. A man who has become Param Siva can only understand Ma. Before his death Swamiji made two important prophesies about Ma. They were:

1.The religions of the world will shift from father worship to mother worship.

2. Ma will become more known and accepted to the world than Thakur.

We have to pray to Ma to give us strength to become more worthy of her.
