Hello Kimberley,

Porting to Mac was originally one of our high priorities, but we have recently lowered the priority of this effort in favor of other features. Windows has fairly unique support for anchoring a user interface at the top of the screen, and this type of interface is not well supported on Mac or Linux (Older X Server used to support it, but the newer Wayland does not). We feel that this anchoring is critical for application usage, but we may port to Mac as a normal application window in the long term.
