Position: SAP CS (Customer Service)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of extension)

 

Requirement:

·         Customer Service

·         Service management

·         Warranty management- What have you done in warranty management?

·         Service Contracts

·         4 implementations in Customer service-need actual implementations not product support.

·         8-10 years

·         We need somebody who has got complete experience in Customer Service/ Service Management projects. Not SD consultants who have some experience in CS or done 2-3 projects in addition to SD.

·         Someone super strong in SAP Customer Service
