NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Dear UTS Graduates,

On behalf of the Committee, I am hereby giving notice of the
Extraordinary General Meeting 2008 to be held as follows:

Date :  6th Dec 2008 (Saturday)
Time :  1.00-2.00pm
Venue :  K-Web room, 6th Floor, Taylor's Business School, Wisma Subang Jaya, Jalan SS15/4, Subang Jaya.

Below are the Extraordinary General Meeting Agenda:

1.0  Adoption of Minutes of Previous Conference
2.0  Adoption of treasurer's report and audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007
3.0  Elections for the Board of Committee for the term 2008/2009
4.0  Appointment of Auditors  (2 positions)
5.0  Directions and Discussions

As UTS graduates, you are invited to attend our EGM as observers without voting rights.

The audited Financial Statements ending December 2007 will be tabled
by the Treasurer and copies will be circulated to members in attendance
on the day of the EGM to be held.
