Translation Arrangements of the Confucius Institute Proposal - 7 Parts

Attached please find the separated proposal for the Confucius Institute, sent by Beth.

 

As discussed with Prof. Lien just now, we have agreed upon the following:

1. Part I (6 pages)----------------------------by Danni HAN
2. Part II (4 pages)---------------------------by Leo ZHAO
3. Part III (10 pages)-------------------------by Apt. 2304, incl. Rainy XIONG, Vicky YUAN, and Miranda PIAO
4. Part IV (6 pages)--------------------------by Apt. 2306, Leon ZHANG will coordinate the work with Stephen ZHANG and William ZHU
5. Part V, VI, and VII (7 pages)----------by Joanne FU and FENG, Ming
6. Greeting Letters (2 pages)-------------by Leon ZHANG
7. Final Consolidation (all pages)-------by Danielle XU

Note:

i) Translated documents are to be forwarded to Danielle XU by end of this Friday, Sept. 23, who will consolidate and submit to Prof. Lien accordingly.

ii) Name of the documents should be kept unchanged as in English

iii) Names of people are suggested to be kept in English; Chinese font is suggested as Song Ti (宋体), with size 11

iv) Names of location, institutes, or organizations can be translated into Chinese, while following with the original name as reference, e.g., 圣安东尼奥（San Antonio）
