Hi All,

Thanks to all for coming for meeting today.
We are happy that todays meeting was quite fruitfull.

I am sending the "Task Time Estimation" document with this mail, what we all have agreed upon in meeting.

I have made some cosmetic changes along with the arrangment of tasks.

My main concern with this is the luxury of time we had in it.

In addition to 5 months of task " 3.1 Develop Pilot Version", we are using 26 weeks (13 months) in other tasks.
that make the whole project of about 18 months.

Do you suggest to decrease this time period to make it in-line of the optemistic deadline of 14 months, given in case study??

suggstion welcome before next meeting in class.

hi balesh and all,

if we refer to rime frame would be between 14 months to 24 months.and IT experts believe most likely time frame would be 16 months..so I suggest if we could change it to 14 months at least....

hi

i think 18 months will be ok becouse 14 months is very optimistic time and if you want to reduce the time than 16 months will be ok

cheers!!!
